The colorful asphalt, one of the indispensable elements of modern city planning and architecture is used for decorative purposes in the sidewalks, bicycle roads, running tracks, entertainment zones, and zebras.

The production of the colorful asphalt takes place at the beche type plants. For coloring the asphalt, aggregates and pigments are used. The construction method is the same as classic asphalt.

Since it is thicker and a better bearer than the mineral asphalt, no discoloring take place due to wears caused by the traffic on the surface. In order for the color to be permanent, no oil leakage should be allowed from the vehicles. The disadvantage of the colorful asphalt that is more durable than the mineral asphalt is that the colors are not so vivid.
