One of the most critical fields of operation for ŬSFALT winter maintenance. ŬSFALT is ready to intervene with any transportation problem that may arise in the course of hard winter conditions apart from the asphalt production. ŬSFALT performs its activities in this field in collaboration with AKOM (Disaster Coordination Center) and Road Repair-Maintenance Directorate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Particularly in the winter of 2005, the achievements of ŬSFALT in this field, the correct interventions and systematic works were appreciated by the people of Istanbul. Because the main arteries were kept open due to such efforts, and it was ensured that the traffic flows with no problems at all. ŬSFALT performs its efforts for fighting with the winter conditions on a 24-hour basis with its teams on duty all day and night.
