Habibler Asphalt Factory started production in 1986 on a total land area of 70.000 sqm with a production capacity of 150 ton/hour.
Having increased its production capacity to 600 ton/hour after the foundation of the largest plant of the Turkish history of municipalities, the factory has become the largest asphalt production factory of Turkey. Following the foundation of the new plant, Habibler Factory is still the one of ŬSFALT factory with the highest production capacity.
In Habibler Factory, jetplus (giant trouser system type) filter and electronically controlled filter system are in use. That is an indication of how sensitive ŬSFALT is for the environment and human health . Also, the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates held by the company are the indication of the fact that sensitivity of the company for the environment and human health has been certified in the international platform.
Like in the remaining four asphalt production plants, the factory uses only natural gas as fuel and main power supply.
Plent-mix production
Plent-mix is a product used as the basic material in the pavement structure. The production of this material takes place at Habibler Factory with the 150 ton/hour production capacity. This material is produced by mixing the aggregate (stone chips) meeting the certain physical conditions and gradation limits within the optimum water content.
Production of modified bitumen
Modified bitumen is needed to increase the performance of the asphalt. In order to achieve such product, additives are added to the bitumen. Habibler Factory has the modified bitumen plant. The plant produces 12 ton modified bitumen per hour.
